Careers at Stark Financial Advisers
Independent Advisors. Entrepreneurial Mindset. Long-Term Vision.
Build Your Practice—Without Giving Up Control
Stark Financial Advisers is an independent, fiduciary-focused firm built for experienced financial advisors who want to operate with professionalism, flexibility, and long-term intent.
We partner with advisors who are considering a breakaway from wirehouses or large firms and are looking for a serious platform—one that supports growth, preserves client relationships, and respects the realities of how advisors actually serve clients.
This is not a sales desk or a franchise model. It is a platform designed for advisors who think like business owners.
Independence Without Isolation: You own the client relationship and maintain your advisory voice. We provide the infrastructure, compliance framework, and operational support so you can focus on advice, planning, and client outcomes.
Entrepreneurial Economics: Our structure is transparent and competitive. Advisors build real enterprise value rather than operating under opaque grid systems or production quotas.
Fiduciary Discipline: Advice is delivered under a fiduciary framework with open-architecture investment access and no proprietary product agenda.
Thoughtful Transitions: We help advisors transition deliberately minimizing disruption to clients, preserving continuity, and reducing unnecessary risk.

Advisory, Brokerage, and Insurance—Structured for Flexibility
Fee-Based Advisory (RIA Platform)
Advisory services are provided through Stark Financial Advisers, Inc. and may be custodied at
Charles Schwab or Pershing LLC, depending on advisor structure and client needs. Advice is delivered under fiduciary standards using an open-architecture, planning-first approach.
Brokerage & Transactional Business
Brokerage services are conducted through R.M. Stark & Co., Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member. R.M. Stark & Co., Inc. introduces brokerage accounts to Pershing LLC for clearing and custody.
Insurance Business
R.M. Stark & Co., Inc. is also a properly licensed insurance agency. Appropriately licensed advisors may offer insurance products through R.M. Stark & Co., Inc., subject to applicable regulation and supervision.
This structure allows advisors to serve clients across advisory, brokerage, and insurance needs—without forcing artificial limitations or unnecessary disruption.
Many of our associates are dual registered with Stark Financial Advisers (RIA) and R.M. Stark & Co., Inc. (broker-dealer/insurance agency).
